Shipping Policy
Items will only be shipped to the buyer’s address registered unless otherwise requested.

All goods will be shipped from United Kingdom via Registered First Class Airmail.

Delivery time (Registered Airmail):
UK 3 to 5 days.
USA / Canada / Australia / Ireland: 7-15 working days, 4-8 weeks at most including customs inspection.
Spain / Greece / France / Germany / other Western European countries: 5-22 working days. 6-8 weeks at most including customs inspection.
All other countries: 1-8 weeks at most including customs inspection.

Usually delivery is very quick (just a few days) but for outside the UK please allow for delays due to customs ect.

Buyer is FULLY RESPONSIBLE for any import tax / duty issued by their local customs.

Return Policy

Should the buyer receive an item that is defective / DOA, please contact us within 10 days of item receipt to arrange a replacement. Full refund available upon request.
